Narrative

Summary of evidence for family of Joachim Frisch:
  • Joachim was witness to Eleonora's wedding on 1810-09-28.
  • Eleonora's husband (Lazar Tauber) was witness to marriage of Samuel to Fanny Nowak.
  • Eleonora named her first son Joachim (*1814) and Samuel named his first son Joachim (*1822). Therefore, the elder Joachim died between 1810-09-28 and 1814-08-19. Consistent with death of Joachim (son of Aron) in 1811.
  • 1869 census shows Samuel was born in Jehnice, which is a connection to grandfather Aron. In 1792 Aron Frisch in the first book of debts owed an advance payment to the Pozorice domain for his son Joachim to become the Bestandmann in Jehnice. Contract found in MZA, fond C17, book 7866 (Book of debts I), folio 124.
  • Samuel had familiant number in Trebic. Conjecture: Joachim married in Trebic and got the family number there (or perhaps in Mürau/Mírov?), then had children in Jehnice, and then moved to Kladky.
  • After Joachim's death his widow Rosel married again in Boskovice.

Narrative

Surname uncertain. Rosalia appears as Rosel Trebitsch in application for permission to marry Moises Ehrlich (F 41, karton 2206), but it is possible that Trebitsch is only a reference to her town of origin.
