        Schwartz, Solomon, died May 22, 2008. Born in New York City 2/14/1919. Husband of Adele Schwartz for 65 years. Children, Arlene (Stuart) Samet, Harriet (Myron) Trepper. Grandchildren, Stefanie (Matthew) Feldman, Matthew Samet. Great-grand- children, Dakota Feldman, Jackson Feldman. He played basketball on the high school Varsity Team, played for Long Island University for 4 years, they won many championships and played Pro ball for the Philadelphia Sphas and was in the Navy and played on the basketball team. He was also an avid golfer and won a Senior Championship at Palm Aire. Graveside services will be held Sunday, May 25, 2008 in Elmont, NY.
